This a 16’ utility boat built in 1945 by WJ, "Billy" Johnson of Port Carling, Ontario, Canada. Billy was well known for his involvement with Port Carling Boatworks and the design of the Disappearing Propeller Boat. This design was the next step after the Dispro and bears much resemblance to the early "Playmate" model, designed and built by Duke Boats. This charming boat was fully restored in 2007 by Clarion Boats. It is in beautiful condition with mahogany decking and brass finishes. “Puckish” was enjoyed by one family for pleasant cruises and island travel for many years in Muskoka and most recently on Sharbot Lake in Ontario. The boat is currently out of the water and in dry storage in Portland, ON - accessible for viewing and transport.
