One owner for last 39 years. Boat always stored indoors and in covered boat house with lift when in use. Boat has been in storage but engine has been oiled and turned over on a regular basis. Good condition, older restoration. Excellent tight wood, nice interior, Nice chrome, Mooring cover and cockpit cover. Twelve Volt conversion, new rebuilt carburetors, Low hours on the transmission rebuild. I have the original factory invoice from Chris Craft and the Chris Craft Catalog from 1950. The boat has always been stored indoors when out of the water and in covered boat house when not in use. Boat has been in storage and the engine has been oiled and turned over on a regular basis. The sale of this boat includes a spare engine.
