A a kid, I used to stand on the dock watching the kings of the lake duke it out over bragging rights for who was truly the fastest. It was a small lake near Parry Sound so we aren’t talking lake rockets here, but a 14’ Sidewinder with an in-line 115 always seemed to edge out the competition. Fast forward 35 years ... having never forgotten that memory, recently getting impacted by corporate downsizing, and needing something to keep me from going crazy while job hunting, I stumbled onto a Sidewinder clone (Wriedt) that needed some TLC. Having my share of restorations and revitalizations Tom my credit, I took her in and gave her a new 3” keel and new floor (both CPES treated and glassed in with 18oz cloth), and a new poured Hydra Core transom to ensure she’d return for decades of additional service. Life’s gone in new directions for ne now, so, looking for someone interested in enjoying the results of my year-long passion project. She’s turn key and ready to go.

This boat is an unmolested survivor that just needed some attention typical of a 45 years old boat. Fantastic sleek lines that grabs attention wherever she goes ... they don’t make them like this anymore (in my opinion).
