One of 1186 Chris Craft U-18 "Sportsman" Deluxe Utilities built between 1947 and 1954. This model was a scaled-down version of the popular U-22 Sportsman model. Older restoration kept in nice overall condition. Bottom epoxied at the time of restoration and has held up well since that time. The original Chris Craft KL-105hp engine has been tuned up and runs strong. Varnish is slightly dull and ready for recoating in the near future, but this is a good entry-level classic that can be enjoyed this season.
