Completely restored 22’ 1957 Shepherd, completed Spring 2019: Full-engine detail to the Chrysler 331 V8 engine — tuned with new spark plugs and wires, carburetor service, oil change and a light overhaul of the V-drive with new cross shaft seals and hub housing gaskets. The Shepherd has a new “no soak” 3M 5200 bottom which includes a new keel, all new white oak bottom framing, new inner planking and new mahogany outer planking. The hull side planking has been removed and reinstalled in 3M 5200 and refastened. The remainder of the hull has been stripped to bare wood, finished with 15 coats of varnish applied. In addition, all new Naugahyde seats (white with red piping) and new flooring installed. Seats 7-8 people. Top speed approx. 40 knots. The Shepherd is a great, comfortable family cruising boat which can also handle rough conditions. Over $100,000 invested. For Sale: $85,000. Custom trailer included - in excellent condition.
