The 23 Foot Lyman Utility is a perfect size for many utility buyers as it will fit in any boathouse and is nicely proportioned and very roomy. This boat has spent its life in the fresh water of the St. Lawrence River and is in good solid condition. The engine was replaced about 20 years ago, and by the owner's admission the boat is only used about 2 weeks per year. Gray Marine V8 engine with a Velvet Drive transmission. This is a great boat and suitable for fishing or entertaining and can handle any type of water. Last used in 2016 before winterized and going into indoor storage. Topside varnish in good condition and the upholstery is very nice. A cockpit cover is also included along with all marine equipment. There is no trailer included with this boat but gantries are available on site to position the boat on to your trailer, or transport may be arranged.
