Offered is a pair of 1929 27' Meteor triple cockpit boats. These boats are extremely rare as only 60 boats were built and only 7 are known to exist today. The boats were designed by the famous naval architect George Crouch and were way ahead of their time. The beam of these boats is only six feet giving it a very streamlined look. The bottom and the engine were replaced on the first one, and the second one needs to be restored. The first boat is a complete boat including the ship sides and all the hardware except the windshield. The second boat has no hardware and no engine. The hardware on these boats is amazing, featuring shooting stars/meteor. The first boat is an easy project requiring refinishing and a new interior, the second is very straight but requires wood replacement and hardware. The second boat could make an awesome gentleman's racer or restored to be an original very valuable boat as well.
