Third generation of original owner of this classic designed by Elgredge-McInnis built by the ACF Jackson & Sharp Yard in Wilmington, Delaware. Have original bill of sale. Stored in boathouse must of it live, does not leak. At this time the engine is frozen and will need to be repaired or replaced, have a replacement engine also a crown . hull is mahogany carvel planked on oak frames (some sister ribs of starboard). keel is yellow pine, cabin is mahogany. Many of the original fittings(screens,bell,compass). I believe there were three built. the boat is a smaller version of the 38ft commuter built by ACF & Chris Craft. Always in water during season. Black and white picture reproduce from Delaware public Archives-Jackson Sharp collection with other pictures of a sister boat. No rot.
