One of only 172 Commanders built between 1953 and 1954, the 35 footer was a slightly elongated version of the 1950-1952 model. At 35 feet overall, the boat is a manageable size and has very attractive, sweeping lines that are complimented by the quintessential 1950's Chris Craft bullnose. This example was purchased by her current owners out of Seattle and subsequently shipped back to Minnesota where significant restoration work was completed to bring her to her current condition. The boat has been upgraded to later model Chris Craft 350cid engines with closed loop cooling systems. The engines have also been upgraded to velvet drive transmissions for smooth shifting operation. Cosmetically updated inside and out, custom upholstery and accents, all new wiring, safety, and navigation systems. She has been restored to a very high degree and the asking price only reflects a portion of what has been invested. A great day cruiser and overnighter that is ready to show and enjoy!
