Project Boat. Recently surveyed & valued at $30k. June of 2022. Just taken out of water, needs bottom paint & some wood repairs. But very restorable for the right person. Could be beautiful when complete. On board, everything works. Batteries good, all helm operational & 100% teak & Mahoghany in wheel house & aft salon. Upper aft salon teak needs to be restored, lower decks are good. Fresh water system good, but needs one new head. Boat was a tour boat originally, very historic. Includes two salons, two state rooms, three heads, two with showers, galley, V-Berth with two bunks & small head, huge front deck, teak & large upper deck above lower salon. Surveyed June of this year & valued at $30k. as is. Asking $15k. OBO
