| Purchased new in 2005 by the original owner, this very seaworthy Rosborough 246 has spent it's entire life with one Family plying the cool fresh water of the St. Lawrence River. This sedan cruiser is constructed for usability and versatility. The accommodation areas allow for spacious cruising or living aboard operation. The helm/control area offers adequate space for navigation and electronics as well as excellent visibility. The main cabin provides a full 6'5 of head room. The galley is complete with a propane stove, sink, hot/cold water, fridge, storage, and a large counter top. Constructed of the finest materials, the RF-246 model ensures minimum maintenance and maximum longevity. The Atlantic sea hull design incorporates many of the best features of several East Coast designs. Rosborough, founded in Novia Scotia in the 1950's, was originally known for their wooden sailing vessels before breaking into fiberglass powerboats. The 246 model became very popular when it debuted in 1987 becoming known as the "Pocket Trawler" due to its trailerable size and convenience. | |
