Only surviving example of a short cabin Crosby Striper Bass boat. It was the former Barnstable, MA. police boat. Acquired in 2018, restored by current owner. All new Lower frames, floors, chine knees, stern post in white oak. New engine bearers in fir and hull completely refastened in bronze. New cockpit deck beams and cockpit sole in marine plywood with fiberglass and dynel set in west systems epoxy. Sleeps 2 in the cuddy cabin, has installed marine head and 5 gallon holding tank. 70 gallons fuel in 2 aluminum tanks. Cruises at 14-15 knots. It is an excellent seaworthy weekender and fishing platform. Traditionally caulked and maintained. A trailer is not available. In the water and in use until end of October. Located in Jamestown, Rhode Island.
