Stephens Brothers Boat Builders operated as a West Coast boatbuilder from 1902 through 1987 based in Stockton California. Over the years the company designed and built pleasure craft, sailboats, speedboats, cruisers, private yachts and military craft. This gorgeous example was built as a passenger carrying day boat and reportedly owned at various times by actors Wes Parker and James Dean. The decks are made of South America mahogany and the cockpit soles in teak, The boat has been recently surveyed and is described to be in "Bristol" condition. The boat is powered by a Cummins Diesel Engine, QSM 11 offering up 660HP. The bottom is a West System with a combination of Okoume and Sapele plywood. This is a one of a kind boat which has been very nicely restored and carefully maintained.
