The original Sunnyside Cruiser was developed in Toronto, Canada by Walter Dean around 1910 for use off Sunnyside Beach on Lake Ontario. This modern interpretation, made by Tamarack Boatworks, is a fast, efficient cruiser that is narrow with plumb sides and a shallow vee hull. The decks, thwarts and seats are quartersawn sycamore, and the seats are caned.
