One of the sharpest looking utility models on the water! The Ensign was Gar Wood's entry level model with many design cues and features of the larger models. Attractive red, white, and blue color scheme. This Ensign was originally delivered to Quebec in 1946 and has been in the same family since NEW. Major restoration completed in 1990 (many new bottom planks, chines, some hullside planks, seat cushions, etc). Rebuilt Chrysler M6 Ace engine in 2007. Bottom paint redone in 2015, as well as navy blue bootstripe, Hatteras white hullside paint, and fresh topcoat of Captain's Varnish. This is a very tidy boat with a surprising amount of interior space! Engine was running on water supply on July 25th and has been added to the listing. Boat is sold with no trailer, but it may be used for local delivery. Launch it and bring it right to your boathouse or dock...
