Chevy 283, Crusader marine conversion, Warner velvet drive. Wooden Mahogany ply hull, wrap around windshield. Traditional deck with seamed inlay. Twin Peto tube speedometers are fitted for competition skiing. Built in Switzerland. Shipped to Princes Water ski Club, London UK in 1969 for world water ski championships. After championships ship to Loch Earnhead, Scotland used for local training - club competition. Present owner purchased it in 1982. Shipped to Manotick, Canada in 1993. Work Carried out: Complete engine rebuild, new cam shaft 1996. Rear right quarter wooden panel replaced due to accident damage 1988. Complete re-varnish 1994 & 2003. New engine cover upholstery 1997. New seating upholstery 2009. A world class ski boat, can be used as an island cruiser Seating for 4 adults. 2 more at the rear of the boat.The hull is original and in need of some work. It is water tight once initial swelling is complete at the start of the season. Comes on a tandem axle trailer.
