1948 Chris Craft U-22 Sportsman bearing hull number 1038. This boat has gone through a complete restoration in 2011. The restoration included a complete stripping of the entire hull, top to bottom, including a complete saturation of the deck and hull with Smith's clear penetrating epoxy sealer for strength and durability. The entire hull and decking was then re-stained and varnished. The hull below the waterline has a West Systems bottom with E glass and then painted with racing bronze bottom paint. All britework has been re-chromed to a virtual brand new condition. The Sportsman has been retrofitted with a Mercruiser 165 by Bill's Marine. The Sportsman also comes with a 2006 Trailstar "Tahoe" trailer that has been customized for this boat. The pictures tell it all!
