I bought this boat in 2009, and did a complete restoration, working with a retired wooden boat builder. She has a new 5200 bottom, with the sides, transom, and decking all removed and re-sealed. Other than the bottom (5200), she is restored to 100% 1947. In 2010, this boat received the Chris Craft Award at the National Show in Clayton, NY. She has been in the water twice since completion--once for the "shakedown cruise" and once at Clayton. She needs a good home now, with someone who will show and appreciate her.
