Being offered is a 1948 Chris Craft U-22 Sportsman Utility. This is a very desirable model of Chris Craft and similar to the one used in the move "On Golden Pond" and credited with jump starting the hobby. The boat has been repowered with strong Chris Craft 327 engine which will move the boat along nicely. Interior, gauges and upholstery are all in good shape. Structurally, the boat is solid but does have one bad stringer which will need replacing. Offered with a nearly new Shore Lander trailer which is used almost exclusively for storage and has very few miles on it since being purchased.
