One of the prettiest and most iconic Chris Craft models ever built, the 19 foot Custom Runabout features a contoured torpedo shape, often referred to as the Barrelback. Only 425 of these boats were built and it is estimated that less than 20% of them remain today. This particular boat is the 100th built. She was original delivered to Lake Hopatcong in 1939 and remained in use until 1955, when traded in on a newer model. She sat for 12-15 years until she was sold to Upstate NY where she was repowered with an upgraded Chris Craft Model M engine. The current owners have had the boat since 1978 and she has been beautifully restored and well cared for. Recent engine rebuild and finish work. Very original boat with a 3-owner history!
