1940 Chris Craft 25 foot Sportsman. One of 24 produced pre war. The most elegant sportsman they made with lots of leather and lots of room for modern boating not to mention when restored valued well into 6 figures. You will not believe the amount of comfort this boat offers. The structural frame is there and although not mounted most if not all the correct hardware comes with the boat. An authentic Ivalight is available as an very useful option. A Chris W engine a top of the line option comes with the boat. It was a running takeout from my family 1940 Chris and should be a routine rebuild providing plenty or torque for thrilling rides. The aluminum trailer is maximum allowed width has disc brakes and provides a good stable platform for hauling. A custom fitted cover is included. This boat has been restored previously with almost all planking in plywood. It is well fitted but not correct. The price reflects this and definitely allows for full back to original restoration.
