Acquired in 1987 and used on Lake Washington. The boat has all original hardware and original Fireball 6-150 engine. The engine was completely restored in 2000. An original 1936 6-125 Fireball with 6-150 pistons rebuilt by Grey in 80s or 90s. The bottom, inner single piece plywood, frames, intermediates, cocktail glass supports, keel and planking replaced. Original transom framing and planking replaced. The boat with new bottom went to Coeur d’Alene in 2001 at national. It won first in class during 2011 Concurs de Elegance at Carillon Point show. Trophy goes with boat. Gar Wood personally delivered the boat to the first owner in NY. Several parts, original seat backs and ceilings go with the boat plus spare engine. Photos and documentation available. The boat is level riding at 42 mph and has never been in salt water.
