Ran and drove fine 20 years ago and has been garage-kept since then...with no attempts to start it since then. Paint on the outside still has good sheen/film build with an area a few square inches on the upper surface (gunwale?) where adhesion has failed and another scratch about 8" which might buff out. Interior paint is intact in most places, worn in others with surface rust in 2 or 3 spots. New tires with lifetime service warranty purchased a few weeks ago (visible in one picture; most pictures feature the older tires). My lack of knowledge is evident and most of my experience with this boat is second-hand (other than hauling it across town and putting the new tires on it).

Comments:
New tires. Safety chains in front and back appear serviceable. Pulls nicely. Appears to be steel and seems solid. Multiple rust spots near the tongue. Not sure what's up with the trailer lights, but they don't work with my Tahoe.
