Offered for sale is a beautiful 1962 Chris-Craft Cavalier 18' Runabout that has been in our family since 1972. The boat has undergone three restorations (engine, hull, wiring, etc) throughout its lifetime to preserve its originality and appearance while maintaining its classic Chris-Craft character. The most recent of these restorations being completed in 2009 by The Wooden Boat Shop in Cincinnati, Ohio. Unlike many surviving Cavaliers, this boat retains its original 312 Ford Interceptor V8 engine. It has been storage for the past five years but was running when put in. Engine does still turn over. It has only been used in Ohio's freshwater waterways. It comes with a cover and rebuilt custom trailer. The boat presents exceptionally well with its timeless blue and white color scheme, original instrumentation, chrome hardware, and classic styling that made Chris-Craft one of America's premier boat builders. Offering at $20,000 obo.
