| 2/2/2010 | 29116 | 16.5 Feet 1964 Hydroswift Runabout | $7,000 | |
|
| This is my restoration project that is still unfinished, but about 80 percent. I bought her from the original owner in Michigan who had had her for all his life and gave it to me in pretty good shape, just needed the TLC to get her water ready again. Every connection was unplugged electrically and was to me assumed long term winterized. I got her tuned up and back in the water this past summer. Carb rebuilt, new seats, new carpet, outdrive still needs some more attention but was working for 3 times out this summer, note picture in water. I want to keep her but I just have to much going on right now and I know someone out there is looking for one of these very very rare boats. I'm passing her on. |

|
| This is a mid-40's Thompson boat, canvas over cedar with some fiberglass over the canvas. The boat is in rather rough condition but it is still serviceable and could be restored. Wood seems solid although some transom parts have been chewed by the beavers during years in the barn.
Also available; two HAND-HEWN cedar oars that may or may not have been used with this boat. Oars and boat are separate. Boat is $800, Oars are $200. Would make a wonderful display in your cottage on the river or lake. Because these hand-carved oars were apparently not for this boat, they are being sold separately from the boat...or can be bought with the boat. Very unique oars...great display. |

| 9/22/2009 | 28935 | 28 Feet 1962 Chris Craft Cruiser | $18,000 | |
|
| I purchased this boat from my father 6 years ago, who restored the boat. Inside the cabin there is one bathroom, table (bench seating on both sides that fold down to a sleeping area. There is also a sleeping area in the front of the cabin. There is a counter top, and cupboards for easy storage. I have had this boat in the water every Summer for the last 6 years. This year, I had a rebuilt cylinder head and it is working great. (I sent the original head to be rebuilt and that would be a spare for the engine when needed). This boat has been a lot of fun, it is difficult to sell. |

| 9/22/2009 | 28934 | 17 Feet 1962 Dunphy Runabout | $10,900 | |
|
| I purchased this classic boat 6 years ago in Minnesota, and completely restored it. The Volvo engine has been rebuilt and has very low hours(used one Summer). This is a rare find. I have owned and restored 15 wooden boats (mostly Chris-Craft Boats) over the last 40 years. The "Little Dunphy" is in excellent condition, as it has been properly stored indoors. The boat seats are in excellent condition as well. I have had several compliments on the boat after it was fully restored. I am only selling the boat because I have a classic Chris-Craft Cabin Cruiser, and I don't want to keep the Dunphy boat in storage. It is difficult to sell, but I hope that someone else will enjoy the boat as I have. |

|
| Hula Moon is a barrelback runabout and was built in 1988 in Honolulu, Hawaii by Brookins Classic Runabouts. She was completely restored to Concours standards in 2007-2008 by Sierra Boat Company in Lake Tahoe (where she is currently stored). The restoration included an engine upgrade to a Chevy 350 with a 283 conversion (260 hp) which was personally installed by Herb Hall, president of Sierra Boat. She has been a prize winner in both the 2008 and 2009 Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance, one of the US premier boat shows. She has also been featured in a Tori Richard’s ad, a premier Honolulu clothing company.
The deck is Honduras mahogany with a curly Koa (native Hawaiian wood) dashboard and Classic Instruments gauges. Her hull is a cold-molded wood –epoxy and does not leak.
I have all the restoration paperwork, invoices and documents including pictures during the process. This is a one of a kind runabout since no other runabout was built like her.

This enabled it to attain speeds far beyond boats common at that time. The boat was originally designed with a Hall-Scott that was later replaced by a cast iron Scripps V-12 originally built for a Sherman tank. Due to the high cost of building it never became a production boata nd as such it is ONLY boat of it's size ever made by Minett and considered one of their crowning achievements and was featured in many of the compnay's promotional literature throughout the 1930's. It had fallen into disrepair but was fully restored in 1979. the boat is now offered for sale once again after only have 3 owners since 1929. |

| 7/2/2009 | 28715 | 24 Feet 1961 Chris Craft Sportsman | $29,000 | |
|
| This beautiful cruiser is ready to go. It's a Lake Ontario boat and has always been used in fresh water. I acquired the boat in 1999. The hull was completely restored in 2006 including a lot of the chrome. The hull was dry and sound at time of restoration. No planking needed to be replaced. The windshield was modified from operable to fixed but I still have the original operable hardware and wipers. I also have the original spotlight and dual horns. I am not sure if the 455 Lincoln engine is original or not and I'm not sure of the hours on it but it runs strong and pulls the boat right along. The indoor boat slip I was renting was sold so I now have no place to keep the boat. It's currently inside my shop. FYI Waterdown, Ontario is about 1 hour from Buffalo, NY and 3 hrs from Detroit.

| 6/26/2009 | 28700 | 33 Feet 1921 Robert Yandt Gentleman's Racer | $579,000 | |
|
| Greyhound was built in a little boathouse shop on beautiful Lake Courd'Alene Idaho in 1921. She roared around the lake with the Gentlemen of the era holding tightly to their straw hats. The original construction was of Oak frames with Cypress planking, which attests for her being with us today. The boat has been completely restored utilizing about 50% of her original frames and hullsides, then cold molding using West System processes and Courong marine plywood. The Rolls Royce Meteor 750 HP engine is carburated to run on regular fuel, and the craft is truely a daily user, not museum furniture. Sitting in the cockpit looking at Rolls Royce era guages, ers specific shift/throttle levers, one feels like he/she is ready for take-off. |

| 6/26/2009 | 28698 | 16'11 Feet 1955 Chris Craft Utility | $15,500 | |
|
| Chris-Craft established the Cavalier division in 1955 to concentrate on plywood construction techniques and to take advantage of the expanding mid-priced market. One of its first offerings was this 17' Utility with inboard power from a variety of Chris-Craft badged Hercules engines. It proved to be popular, with 936 hulls built in just 5 years production. The 1955 model is identifiable by its 2-piece vee-windshield; later models used a curved single piece windscreen. With a hull length of 16' 11" and a draft of only 18" the Utility was adaptable to many applications and uses. Its mahogany plywood finish is complemented by flame red and white interior upholstery. This example is powered by the Hercules/Chris-Craft K inline six-cylinder 95hp engine and is nicely equipped with horns mounted on the forward deck and a ski tow hookup and comes on a very sharp red painted trailer which matches its bottom color. It is currently licensed through 2009 in Ohio. |

| Small boat, small lake, small boy, big memories. This is the boat that my family took camping on Pickerel Lake in Northern Michigan every summer for years in the late 50s and 60s. I didn't want it to leave the family, so when my passed away, I bought it. It was stored in our garage at our cottage up North,
and now in a marina. For the past 30 years, it's been used twice. Very sea worthy. Beautiful original wood ribbing inside. Very good condition. Slips silently along to let you enjoy the lake sounds. Sold the cottage so no place to keep it. Looking for someone to love it. |

inlaid spruce for deck seams, new upholstery. The hull has been completely redone and really needs nothing but to be enjoyed. This is a very high scoring boat which will look great at any boat show and please evryone who sees the boat. it also has a very interesting ownership history. An interesting feature about Boesch is that it uses what amounts to a hollow rudder which makes backing up and docking very easy. Further these boats use a spotlight hwich is mounted flush into the top of the bow reducing glare off of the deck of the boat and mounted in the dash for easy operation. |

| 5/29/2009 | 28616 | 38 Feet 1929 Chris Craft Commuter | $399,000 | |
|
| In the glorious Pre-War phase of wooden boating this vessel was the choice of only the most wealthy individuals in the country. It was commonly seen squiring people into new York Harbor for their day on Wall Street and Chris Craft made a total of 65 of these boats. Only a handful remain today and they are still seen as a fabulous note to a bygone era. The decks and sides have all been stripped and redone on this boat which has been owned by the current owner for the last 9 years . This is one of a small handful of these boats that still remain today in existence. Over 6000 man hours have been put into the complete resoration of this boat and it is remarkable in that much of the wood on the boat is original. The boat is structurally sound and well appointed throughout. The engines are in solid condition. This is an awesome boat with a very interesting ownership history and one worthy of serious consideration if you are considering a tribute to the "Golden Age". |

Speedo is not working. Just needs to be reconnected I believe. Lights all work. Has great air horns. Newer battery. This is a beautiful all original little boat. | 4/24/2009 | 28565 | 17'9 Feet 1936 Ditchburn Triple Cockpit Runabout | $65,000 | |
|
| This very pretty boat was built by Ditchburn, a Premier Muskoka builder, in traditional Ditchburn styling with split cockpits, combing boards, split teardrop windshield and a large outboard rudder. A very manoeuverable planing hull makes this a fast and fun boat. One of 4 model 17's built in 1936 and the only one known to be in the water. Completely restored from 1997 to 1999 by Millar-Potter with all of the original hardware and most of the original wood being retained. Restoration included new gauges, upholstery, aluminum gas tank and a rebuilt 1949 Ford Flathead V8 engine with twin carbs, Mallory electronic ignition and a 12 volt generator. Boat was revarnished and the bottom repainted in 2007. This easily trailerable boat is stored inside between outings. It attracts lots of attention and has won several "Best Antique Runabout" awards in local shows over the years. This is a truly great example of Canadian craftsmanship and there are very few of these to be found. |

| 4/22/2009 | 28555 | 26 Feet 1927 Albany Hacker Gentleman's Utility | $25,000 | |
|
| A rare and unusual Albany/Hacker Gentleman's runabout. Although not well known john l. hacker moved to Watervliet, New York in the or around 1910 and continued to manufactrure boats under the name of Albany once Hacker changed it's name. This continued onto about 1934 when they closed. The present owner has had the boat for many years and simply has never gotten around to restoring the boat. The boat is in need of a complete restoration and has no engine. This type of boat is indeed rare and desireable as so few exist to this day. |

Here is a small project boat that will turn into a jewel once again. She needs some scraping and painting to restore her looks. |
| This boat was built by a custom boat builder with over 20 years and is a modified John Hacker design. The boat has very low hours on it as it was used very little and then put away for the last 4 years. The boat is made of Okoume marine plywood over white oak frames. It has been glassed on the sides and the bottom and is a "no soak" bottom. All stainless steel screws and bolts were used on the boat. It is powered by a chevy V-8 400 ci engine with a remote oil filter, Edelbrock intake and distributor. This is NOT your grandfather's boat. It will run fast and strong and looks new and is in great shape overall. It has Classic Instrumensta dn and includes a tandem trailer. |

| 1/24/2009 | 28461 | 18 Feet 1931 Fay and Bowen Twin Cockpit | $19,500 | |
|
| I have owned the boat since 3/25/06. I have researched the boat and know of only two others in existence. Everything on the boat is original except the seat upholstery. The boat has been rewired. The engine has had a valve job. I have had the boat in the water two times since I owned it for short runs. The first time I burned the points up due to no resistor in electrical from 6 to 12 volt conversion. The second time was idling poorly and throttle linkage was sticking under front deck. All the above items have been corrected. From the marine survey there is a slight freeze bulge at lower stem area, finish lifting forward on port side and mid port at water line, and keel at rudder drawing. Also noted in the survey was "With a small amount of crafting of the finish the value will increase greatly". Includes a spare engine block, head, and misc parts |
