|
| 6/19/2010 | 29411 | 21 Feet 1962 Century Coronado Gull Wing | $24,900 | |
|
| This is a very original Century Coronado and in solid shape. The current owner has had the boat since 1976. The boat has been in storage for almost 15 years and is in remarkable condition given it's age. Because of it's age there is little doubt that the engine should be rebuilt. A new bottom was installed onto the boat in the 80's and it has only a few days in the water since that time. The chrome is all with the boat although some of it may need to be re-done. The interior is also original but ti too should probably be re-done. These boats are probably one of the most desirable and sought after Century's in the market today given the very rare and sought after Gull wing tops. |

| 4/10/2010 | 29246 | 26 Feet 1906 Charles H Wilbur Launch | $39,000 | |
|
| Built by Charles H Wilbur he was part of the shop known as Wilbur and Wheelock of Clayton, NY.
There is no nameplate other than the engine plate which is on a 1916 Ford Model "T". The serial no on the engine is 21 which may refer to the year converted by the St Lawrence marine Co. The engine was rebuilt by a restorer in Iowa who has rebuilt hundreds of model A's, B's and T's.
The hull has been faired using cedar strips and epoxies with West System. The area along the keel however has not and it takes several days to soak up.
The launch has been adapted to 8V power for the bilge and period lighting. The fuel tank has been cleaned and lined. The seating was non-existent when I purchased the boat, so the layout was adapted from observing other launches and built to fit the hull. |

| 4/6/2010 | 29240 | 46 Feet 1929 John Hacker/Huskins Boat Works | $125,000 | |
|
| M/Y Harmony was designed by John L Hacker and Ben Huskins. Hacker designed and Huskins built the vessel. The client was a car dealer who used the boat as a daycruiser with his family.
During WW II she was listed by the US Navy, who tore out all the luxurious interior fittings and built a new interior more practical for a patrol boat.
After the war she was refitted as a private yacht and got many tender hearted owners who gave her continuous care and upgradings.
Since some years back, Harmony has Gothenburg as her base port. Her owners have now however other priorities and the boat is thus for sale. The old and simple interior from the war has been removed. Her spacious saloon waits to be designed and receive a classical interior in accordance with the wishes of the new owner or in a strict original way. The hull will also need some minor patching to get into super condition. After this you will have a commuter beyond all comparison.

| 2/2/2010 | 29116 | 16.5 Feet 1964 Hydroswift Runabout | $7,000 | |
|
| This is my restoration project that is still unfinished, but about 80 percent. I bought her from the original owner in Michigan who had had her for all his life and gave it to me in pretty good shape, just needed the TLC to get her water ready again. Every connection was unplugged electrically and was to me assumed long term winterized. I got her tuned up and back in the water this past summer. Carb rebuilt, new seats, new carpet, outdrive still needs some more attention but was working for 3 times out this summer, note picture in water. I want to keep her but I just have to much going on right now and I know someone out there is looking for one of these very very rare boats. I'm passing her on. |

One of the finest designs by the Claus Engelbrecht Werft / shipyard in Berlin it´s now fresh out of a 5,000 hour + complete restoration to highest concour standards. Engelbrecht, renown for his power boat for Ferdinand Porsche, build this classic power launch, motorised with a 90 PS, 5000ccm 8 cylinder Mercedes Nürburg engine. This boat is the only one remaining of its type, because the cream white hull was already zink-galvanized and steel riveted when being build. Highly original down to the last detail, elegant instruments from Daimler Benz Marienfelde. New mahagony decks with 600 year old Alaska yellow cedar, cabin windows with honed cystal glas. Absolutely stunning quality varnish and upholstery. A historically significant sublime prewar boat, that would be a great addition to every serious MB 540 K collector. Located in Berlin/Germany.

| 10/13/2009 | 28961 | 22 Feet 1959 Riva Ariston | $40,000 - | |
|
| A rare opportunity to own and restore a Riva Ariston. These boats today are well into the $100,000 area and this would be a great opportunity to enjoy a worthy project and bring a fine boat back to life. The owner reports that this unit Hull ID # 219 was brought to the United States in 1959 which would make it one of the very early units to come this way. It resides now in Texas and although the photos do not show it the owner has all of the hardware and does NOT think that anything is missing. The gauges although available are not the original. The boat came with a Chris Craft MCL engine which is also not with the boat. The Ariston was Carlos Riva's favorite model as he thought it captured his dream in every way in the water. Only 1200 of these were made over a 25 year period and this is a tremendous opportunity to own a rare and coveted boat such as a Riva. |

| 9/22/2009 | 28935 | 28 Feet 1962 Chris Craft Cruiser | $18,000 | |
|
| I purchased this boat from my father 6 years ago, who restored the boat. Inside the cabin there is one bathroom, table (bench seating on both sides that fold down to a sleeping area. There is also a sleeping area in the front of the cabin. There is a counter top, and cupboards for easy storage. I have had this boat in the water every Summer for the last 6 years. This year, I had a rebuilt cylinder head and it is working great. (I sent the original head to be rebuilt and that would be a spare for the engine when needed). This boat has been a lot of fun, it is difficult to sell. |

| 9/22/2009 | 28934 | 17 Feet 1962 Dunphy Runabout | $10,900 | |
|
| I purchased this classic boat 6 years ago in Minnesota, and completely restored it. The Volvo engine has been rebuilt and has very low hours(used one Summer). This is a rare find. I have owned and restored 15 wooden boats (mostly Chris-Craft Boats) over the last 40 years. The "Little Dunphy" is in excellent condition, as it has been properly stored indoors. The boat seats are in excellent condition as well. I have had several compliments on the boat after it was fully restored. I am only selling the boat because I have a classic Chris-Craft Cabin Cruiser, and I don't want to keep the Dunphy boat in storage. It is difficult to sell, but I hope that someone else will enjoy the boat as I have. |

The restoration included an engine upgrade to a Chevy 350 with a 283 conversion (260 hp) which was personally installed by Herb Hall, president of Sierra Boat. She has been a prize winner in both the 2008 and 2009 Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance, one of the US premier boat shows. The deck is Honduras mahogany with a curly Koa (native Hawaiian wood) dashboard and Classic Instruments gauges. Her hull is a cold-molded wood –epoxy and does not leak.

|
| This is a fabulous origianl custom built for james Murdoch who was the President of Noranda Mines and almost 30 other companies. Built unlike any other pleasure boat at the time, this had a 2 step planing hull byuilt into the design that were normally only found in racing boats of that period. This enabled it to attain speeds far beyond boats common at that time. The boat was originally designed with a Hall-Scott that was later replaced by a cast iron Scripps V-12 originally built for a Sherman tank. Due to the high cost of building it never became a production boata nd as such it is ONLY boat of it's size ever made by Minett and considered one of their crowning achievements and was featured in many of the compnay's promotional literature throughout the 1930's. It had fallen into disrepair but was fully restored in 1979. the boat is now offered for sale once again after only have 3 owners since 1929. |

| 7/2/2009 | 28715 | 24 Feet 1961 Chris Craft Sportsman | $29,000 | |
|
| This beautiful cruiser is ready to go. It's a Lake Ontario boat and has always been used in fresh water. I acquired the boat in 1999. The hull was completely restored in 2006 including a lot of the chrome. The hull was dry and sound at time of restoration. No planking needed to be replaced. The windshield was modified from operable to fixed but I still have the original operable hardware and wipers. I also have the original spotlight and dual horns. I am not sure if the 455 Lincoln engine is original or not and I'm not sure of the hours on it but it runs strong and pulls the boat right along. The indoor boat slip I was renting was sold so I now have no place to keep the boat. It's currently inside my shop. FYI Waterdown, Ontario is about 1 hour from Buffalo, NY and 3 hrs from Detroit.

| 6/26/2009 | 28700 | 33 Feet 1921 Robert Yandt Gentleman's Racer | $579,000 | |
|
| Greyhound was built in a little boathouse shop on beautiful Lake Courd'Alene Idaho in 1921. She roared around the lake with the Gentlemen of the era holding tightly to their straw hats. The original construction was of Oak frames with Cypress planking, which attests for her being with us today. The boat has been completely restored utilizing about 50% of her original frames and hullsides, then cold molding using West System processes and Courong marine plywood. The Rolls Royce Meteor 750 HP engine is carburated to run on regular fuel, and the craft is truely a daily user, not museum furniture. Sitting in the cockpit looking at Rolls Royce era guages, ers specific shift/throttle levers, one feels like he/she is ready for take-off. |

| 6/26/2009 | 28698 | 16'11 Feet 1955 Chris Craft Utility | $15,500 | |
|
| Chris-Craft established the Cavalier division in 1955 to concentrate on plywood construction techniques and to take advantage of the expanding mid-priced market. One of its first offerings was this 17' Utility with inboard power from a variety of Chris-Craft badged Hercules engines. It proved to be popular, with 936 hulls built in just 5 years production. The 1955 model is identifiable by its 2-piece vee-windshield; later models used a curved single piece windscreen. With a hull length of 16' 11" and a draft of only 18" the Utility was adaptable to many applications and uses. Its mahogany plywood finish is complemented by flame red and white interior upholstery. This example is powered by the Hercules/Chris-Craft K inline six-cylinder 95hp engine and is nicely equipped with horns mounted on the forward deck and a ski tow hookup and comes on a very sharp red painted trailer which matches its bottom color. It is currently licensed through 2009 in Ohio. |

| 5/29/2009 | 28616 | 38 Feet 1929 Chris Craft Commuter | $399,000 | |
|
| In the glorious Pre-War phase of wooden boating this vessel was the choice of only the most wealthy individuals in the country. It was commonly seen squiring people into new York Harbor for their day on Wall Street and Chris Craft made a total of 65 of these boats. Only a handful remain today and they are still seen as a fabulous note to a bygone era. The decks and sides have all been stripped and redone on this boat which has been owned by the current owner for the last 9 years . This is one of a small handful of these boats that still remain today in existence. Over 6000 man hours have been put into the complete resoration of this boat and it is remarkable in that much of the wood on the boat is original. The boat is structurally sound and well appointed throughout. The engines are in solid condition. This is an awesome boat with a very interesting ownership history and one worthy of serious consideration if you are considering a tribute to the "Golden Age". |
