One of the finest designs by the Claus Engelbrecht Werft / shipyard in Berlin it´s now fresh out of a 5,000 hour + complete restoration to highest concour standards. Engelbrecht, renown for his power boat for Ferdinand Porsche, build this classic power launch, motorised with a 90 PS, 5000ccm 8 cylinder Mercedes Nürburg engine. This boat is the only one remaining of its type, because the cream white hull was already zink-galvanized and steel riveted when being build. Highly original down to the last detail, elegant instruments from Daimler Benz Marienfelde. New mahagony decks with 600 year old Alaska yellow cedar, cabin windows with honed cystal glas. Absolutely stunning quality varnish and upholstery. A historically significant sublime prewar boat, that would be a great addition to every serious MB 540 K collector. Located in Berlin/Germany.

| 10/13/2009 | 28961 | 22 Feet 1959 Riva Ariston | $40,000 - | |
|
| A rare opportunity to own and restore a Riva Ariston. These boats today are well into the $100,000 area and this would be a great opportunity to enjoy a worthy project and bring a fine boat back to life. The owner reports that this unit Hull ID # 219 was brought to the United States in 1959 which would make it one of the very early units to come this way. It resides now in Texas and although the photos do not show it the owner has all of the hardware and does NOT think that anything is missing. The gauges although available are not the original. The boat came with a Chris Craft MCL engine which is also not with the boat. The Ariston was Carlos Riva's favorite model as he thought it captured his dream in every way in the water. Only 1200 of these were made over a 25 year period and this is a tremendous opportunity to own a rare and coveted boat such as a Riva. |

There is also a sleeping area in the front of the cabin. There is a counter top, and cupboards for easy storage. I have had this boat in the water every Summer for the last 6 years. This year, I had a rebuilt cylinder head and it is working great. (I sent the original head to be rebuilt and that would be a spare for the engine when needed). This boat has been a lot of fun, it is difficult to sell. |

The Hull ID is 776. Gar Wood only made 153 of these boats and this vessel was number 88 out of 153 and the LAST 20' Utility made in 1937. These boats are hard to find in this condition and except for the absence of a trailer would make for a simply and easy addition to some looking to own one of these fabulous boats. |

Due to the high cost of building it never became a production boata nd as such it is ONLY boat of it's size ever made by Minett and considered one of their crowning achievements and was featured in many of the compnay's promotional literature throughout the 1930's. It had fallen into disrepair but was fully restored in 1979. the boat is now offered for sale once again after only have 3 owners since 1929. |

The hull was completely restored in 2006 including a lot of the chrome. The hull was dry and sound at time of restoration. No planking needed to be replaced. The windshield was modified from operable to fixed but I still have the original operable hardware and wipers. I also have the original spotlight and dual horns. I am not sure if the 455 Lincoln engine is original or not and I'm not sure of the hours on it but it runs strong and pulls the boat right along. The indoor boat slip I was renting was sold so I now have no place to keep the boat. It's currently inside my shop. FYI Waterdown, Ontario is about 1 hour from Buffalo, NY and 3 hrs from Detroit.

|
| Greyhound was built in a little boathouse shop on beautiful Lake Courd'Alene Idaho in 1921. She roared around the lake with the Gentlemen of the era holding tightly to their straw hats. The original construction was of Oak frames with Cypress planking, which attests for her being with us today. The boat has been completely restored utilizing about 50% of her original frames and hullsides, then cold molding using West System processes and Courong marine plywood. The Rolls Royce Meteor 750 HP engine is carburated to run on regular fuel, and the craft is truely a daily user, not museum furniture. Sitting in the cockpit looking at Rolls Royce era guages, ers specific shift/throttle levers, one feels like he/she is ready for take-off. |

| 5/29/2009 | 28616 | 38 Feet 1929 Chris Craft Commuter | $399,000 | |
|
| In the glorious Pre-War phase of wooden boating this vessel was the choice of only the most wealthy individuals in the country. It was commonly seen squiring people into new York Harbor for their day on Wall Street and Chris Craft made a total of 65 of these boats. Only a handful remain today and they are still seen as a fabulous note to a bygone era. The decks and sides have all been stripped and redone on this boat which has been owned by the current owner for the last 9 years . This is one of a small handful of these boats that still remain today in existence. Over 6000 man hours have been put into the complete resoration of this boat and it is remarkable in that much of the wood on the boat is original. The boat is structurally sound and well appointed throughout. The engines are in solid condition. This is an awesome boat with a very interesting ownership history and one worthy of serious consideration if you are considering a tribute to the "Golden Age". |

The boat is ready to go this summer but could use a fresh coat of varnish next year to make it boat show ready. These are very desireable and very hard to find and are true collectors pieces. |

| This boat is in great shape.
The present owner has had the boat for 5 years. Over the last 5 years the bottom was resealed and repainted. the hardware is all original but some of it should be rechromed. The decks and the railings should be redone. the interior was redone in 2006 and is very nice shape. The port side engine has the transmission out with a new one ready to be installed. Overall this boat is nice and well worth the sell price. The low price simoply reflects the fact that the owner just wishes to have someone else enjoy the boat. |

| 10/2/2008 | 28321 | 33 Feet 1956 Chris Craft Futura | $19,000 - | |
|
| The boat has been in the family since 1967. The boat had a long history-taking the family on weekend trips, mackerel fishing at sea, tooling around in the back bays of New Jersey and was used as a Coast Guard Auxiliary Patrol Vessel for a good many of those years.
Dad did nearly all the work and maintenance himself. At some point he removed the original engines and installed two 225 Chrysler marine engines (model LM 318 –service manual included). She is in very good operational condition and is mostly original making for a good total restoration project or for a nice ready to run pleasure vessel
The boat is currently in water though is soon to removed and dry stored for the winter.
A new heat exchanger was just recently installed. There is a working automatic bilge pump though at dock we use a small electric pump to drain the small amount of water that can accumulate.

| 9/20/2008 | 28259 | 23'6 Feet 1923 T. W. Felgar Sedan Cruiser | $2,500 - | |
|
| Saeeda (formerly “Bertha”) was built by T.W. Felgar and first launched July 20th 1923 in Hamilton Harbour. Her hull is designed from plans published in Motor Boating Magazine as drawn by famed marine architect John L. Hacker.
Saeeda has been in continuous use every summer and she is now reluctantly offered for sale by her third owners who have lovingly cared for her for since the mid 1950’s. Saeeda was launched this summer for her 85th year and although her hull is in generally good condition the cabin and decks are in need of repair or complete restoration. Her Graymarine engine is in excellent condition and she is still capable of a respectable turn of speed with four people on board. Every old vessel is has a story to tell, however this vessel is genuinely a one of a kind and extremely unique. It is the sincerest intentions of her current owners to find her a new owner who can keep her ‘her right’ for many years to come.

|
| This boat has been consigned to us for salvage or sale. Due to the superior condition of the vessel for restoration we have talked the current owner into trying to locate an new owner who will restore her to the classic she is. Both engines are coupled to velvet drives and run. She has two heads, a 7.5 KW Kohler genset that we belive only to need a new starter. The bottom is 65% replanked. There are several planks above the water line which will need to be addressed. In short she is not that far from being a true gem on any waterway. Currently she is drydocked on Grand Lake in Northeast Oklahoma. Unfortunatly if we cannot find a buyer for her in whole she is due to be salavaged out. Please e-mail me for additional photos. |
