| 6/26/2009 | 28700 | 33 Feet 1921 Robert Yandt Gentleman's Racer | $579,000 | |
|
| Greyhound was built in a little boathouse shop on beautiful Lake Courd'Alene Idaho in 1921. She roared around the lake with the Gentlemen of the era holding tightly to their straw hats. The original construction was of Oak frames with Cypress planking, which attests for her being with us today. The boat has been completely restored utilizing about 50% of her original frames and hullsides, then cold molding using West System processes and Courong marine plywood. The Rolls Royce Meteor 750 HP engine is carburated to run on regular fuel, and the craft is truely a daily user, not museum furniture. Sitting in the cockpit looking at Rolls Royce era guages, ers specific shift/throttle levers, one feels like he/she is ready for take-off. |

| 5/29/2009 | 28616 | 38 Feet 1929 Chris Craft Commuter | $399,000 | |
|
| In the glorious Pre-War phase of wooden boating this vessel was the choice of only the most wealthy individuals in the country. It was commonly seen squiring people into new York Harbor for their day on Wall Street and Chris Craft made a total of 65 of these boats. Only a handful remain today and they are still seen as a fabulous note to a bygone era. The decks and sides have all been stripped and redone on this boat which has been owned by the current owner for the last 9 years . This is one of a small handful of these boats that still remain today in existence. Over 6000 man hours have been put into the complete resoration of this boat and it is remarkable in that much of the wood on the boat is original. The boat is structurally sound and well appointed throughout. The engines are in solid condition. This is an awesome boat with a very interesting ownership history and one worthy of serious consideration if you are considering a tribute to the "Golden Age". |

|
| The current owner of this lovely piece of Hacker history has owned the boat for the past 25 years. It has spent alomost all of it's life in california. the boat runs very well and had very little use each year and was coddled. The engine turns over the first time every time and runs very strong. The boat was rarely even stored overnight in the water. The hull is sound and strong, the interior very good and the chrome is all intact and in very nice shape. The boat is ready to go this summer but could use a fresh coat of varnish next year to make it boat show ready. These are very desireable and very hard to find and are true collectors pieces. |

She is sailed each summer on the St. Lawrence River and of course comes with her complete sails, mast & boom. This boat has a file at the Antique Boat Museum and is a registered boat with that organization (number 216). The early production date of this skiff belies it's condition which is impeccable. As far as can be told, this boat has been in use annually on the St. Lawrence River since it's birth. The records show only one other owner since 1919. The price of this boat accurately reflects it's condition and rarity. |

| This boat is in great shape.
The present owner has had the boat for 5 years. Over the last 5 years the bottom was resealed and repainted. the hardware is all original but some of it should be rechromed. The decks and the railings should be redone. the interior was redone in 2006 and is very nice shape. The port side engine has the transmission out with a new one ready to be installed. Overall this boat is nice and well worth the sell price. The low price simoply reflects the fact that the owner just wishes to have someone else enjoy the boat. |

| 12/3/2008 | 28391 | 28 Feet 1930 Gar Wood Triple Cockpit | $235,000 | |
|
| This is the most original 1930 Gar triple that is available anywhere. The boat was originally built for Logan Wood, Gar Wood's brother. Boat was owned by ACBS Founder Bill Smith since the early 70's and then stored until the present owner purchased it in 1995. The rebuild and restoration took place during 2003-04 and the boat is currently being used at Lake George, NY. The boat is fully documented by the Gar Wood Society and that documentation is available. This is a very pretty, elegant Gar Wood. Certainly a collectors boat. |

| 11/29/2008 | 28388 | 40 Feet 1948 Matthews Sedan Cruiser | $76,000 | |
|
| This is a truly magnificent example of the finest manufacturer of cruisers and yachts. The hull underwent extensive restoration in 1988-90. Any questionable wood and or frames were replace without question. Finish work was brought to like new condition. This yacth has all the amenities of home and they all work!! This is a no worry investment. Engines were professinally rebuilt in 1990 and used sparingly until 1995 when the vessel was put it dry storage where it still remains today. A professional survey was done upon completion in 1990 where the vessel received a 10 out of possible 10 points. A copy of the survey is available. AT the time of the survey the vessel was appraised with a fair market value of $76,000. Please note that in the picture, the bow light is missing as it was being rechromed at the time of photos. This cruiser will sleep 4-6. It will hold 100 Gal. of water and 200 gal. of fuel. Will consider any reasonable offer from individuals and non-profits. |
