BOAT SUMMARY
4 owners. I bought "Temeraire" in 1994 and took posession from Hamburg, Connecticut River. Always maintained by Aylings. John Millar stated, on insurance submission, "vessel very well maintained every year". Summer (Rideau Canal) use only. New ribs and bottom 1998. New keel 2001. Decks recovered 2002. New canvas roof 2008. Solar panel 2010. No mods except holding tank installed, two bunks removed, new engine 1957. Woodwork, varnish etc. not "competition" standard (owner not interested!) but solid throughout considering age. (i.e. could 'compete' if new owner likes varnishing etc. Now launched for 2010 season to October, inspectable Ottawa almost any time.
