Here is your chance to own an original piece of history. This 1927 Hutchinson 22 feet Utility model was boat #30 built by the Hutchinson Brothers Boat Works in Alexandria Bay, N.Y. The original registration of NY344, Hutchinson was known for their craftsmanship and quality, constructing one-of-a-kind hulls from the 1920's to 1962. We have owned “Grand Cru” for the last 25 years. The boat was stored and maintenance for many years by Morgan Marine in Silver Bay, Used each year by my parents during their summers at Rodgers Rock Club on Lake George. Ten years ago my father became ill we moved the boat into local storage where it has been inside and under cover. This is the perfect boat for a wooden boat enthusiast who’s looking for an easy project to get her back into shape and back on the water. Once cleaned up she’s value will far exceed $20,000 dollar.
