Excellent condition 23-foot Lyman utility. Purchased in 2009 as a "project" boat and completely restored in 2009-2010, including a new 5200 "no-soak' bottom. Lightly used for the past decade and boathouse kept year-round. Features include windshields that open, forward deck hatch, gleaming varnish, impeccable upholstery, finished interior ceiling boards, step box full of mooring lines, Nautilex sole covering, electric trim tabs, two Corsa mufflers with cross over, and a low-hours motor that was built by Bob Mishko, noted marine engine builder, in 2009. Comes with a spare prop, travel cover, and solid Loadmaster twin axle trailer with custom bunks, removable tongue, LED lights, and a spare tire. Ready to go for a cruise!
