The current owner's father purchased this motor new and used for fishing with his Lyman for 12 years. It was then replaced with a more powerful 50hp Johnson for water skiing. It was kept in storage until 2001. Some parts have been replaced, including the thrust bearing, shift control collar, and several lower unit seals. Motor has good compression, but no spark. Points should be cleaned and coils should be replaced in order to get spark. Comes complete with original owner's manual. Offered at No Reserve.
